Returns
Every product shipped by AVitaSource has a 60-day money back guarantee from the date that the product was ordered. The customer must call AVitaSource and request an RMA (return merchandise account) number before returning any merchandise. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs
Returned Checks and Charge Backs
If a credit card order is declined, we will contact the customer by email and/or phone. There will be a $25.00 charge for all returned checks and fraudulent charge backs.
